About Me

Hi, I’m Kelly Burton, artist and small business owner. After a fulfilling and successful 35-year career as a physical therapist bringing safety and independence to sweet elderly folks, I’ve pursued a new direction where I continue to bring inspiration to others through my art. Launching the Kelly Burton Studio in my home, I enjoy creating unique textural vessels and sculptures, celebrating the beauty of age-worn surfaces and honoring the emergence of every “wrinkle.”  I find beauty in imperfection, and am inspired by the organic surfaces found in nature. My pieces are best appreciated while holding in your own hands. I hope you come see and feel my work, and enjoy each unique piece as much as I do.
